Naomi Reyes opened Otter Creek Dental in 2012, on the former teller floor of the bank building at 4 The Green. The idea was small on purpose: one dentist, one hygienist, and time to explain what the x-ray actually shows.
In 2019 Wes Tanaka joined and orthodontics moved in-house — braces for the middle schoolers, aligners for their parents, and recall visits that keep both honest.
The practice is independent. We take most insurance, we quote the rest in writing, and nobody gets a whitening pitch they did not ask for.

How a visit goes
The plan in writing
Any work beyond the cleaning comes with a printed plan: what, why, and the actual price with your insurance estimate applied.
The work
Scheduled in the order that makes clinical sense, with the provider you met. Emergencies from the practice are seen the same day.
The recall
Six months later, the same hygienist in the same room. Charts carry forward, so nothing gets re-explained from zero.
